For Sugar Cookie Bars
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

- In a separate mixing bowl sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
