    Ingredients You Need

    • Milk: Whole milk or 2% is best.
    • Eggs: Creates structure and stability within a batter, as well as moisture.

    How To Make This Air Fryer Muffins Recipe

    Step 1. Dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

    Step 2. Wet ingredients: Add milk, eggs (room temperature), vanilla extract, and melted butter to the flour mixture. Mix until smooth.

    Step 3. Chocolate chips: Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.

    Step 4. Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 350 °F.

    Step 5. Prepare muffin cups: Place paper muffin liners in the air fryer basket.

    Step 6. Fill muffin cups: Spoon batter into each muffin cup, filling about ⅔ full.

    Step 7. Air fry: Cook in the air fryer for 12-17 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean from the middle of the muffin.

    Step 8. Cool: Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.

    Ingredients
     
     

    • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs room temperature
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup butter melted
    • ½ cup chocolate chips

    Instructions
     

    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
    • Mix in the milk, eggs, vanilla extract and butter. Combine all the ingredients well, then fold in the chocolate chips.
