HOW TO MAKE Pumpkin Cold Foam

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a small blender and blend for about 10-15 seconds until frothy.

Step 3: In a glass, add ice and fill with coffee of your choice.

Step 4: Pour the pumpkin mixture on top of the coffee, using a spoon to hold back the foam.
