HOW TO MAKE Lemon Poke Cake

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 °F and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the package, and pour it into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 3: While the cake is baking, mix the Jello gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water in a small bowl. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then add ½ cup of cold water and stir again.

Step 4: Once the cake is finished baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
