It’s no secret that the key to a great sandwich is good bread. But what about the filling? A great filling can elevate an ordinary sandwich into something special. And that’s where these Funfetti sandwich cookies come in. They take all of the classic flavors of your favorite cake and turn them into a delicious cookie!

INGREDIENTS

- Funfetti Cake Mix - Eggs - Vegetable Oil - Butter - Milk or Cream - Vanilla Extract - Powdered Icing Sugar - Sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE Funfetti Sandwich Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth and completely combined, about 2 minutes.

Use a 1 ½ to 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the cookie batter and roll into balls.

Place the cookie dough balls at least 3 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
