HOW TO MAKE Dulce De Leche Cookies

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.   Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Add the dulce de leche, egg, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and beat until well combined. Step 5: Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Step 6: Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
