Strawberry Valentine's Fudge Recipe

This strawberry fudge recipe is not only easy to make, but tastes just like strawberry milk. It’s the perfect dessert choice for any holiday, especially Valentine’s Day! Made with buttercream frosting, strawberry flavored pink candy melts, red candy melts, strawberry extract, and sprinkles.

INGREDIENTS

- buttercream frosting - red candy melts - pink candy melts - heart sprinkles -non-pareils sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE Strawberry Fudge Recipe

Place the red candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring until smooth. It will take about 2-3 minutes. Be sure not to overcook. Repeat with the pink candy melts, keeping the two colors separated.

Remove the lid and film from the tub of frosting. Place it in the microwave for a 1 minute, or until fully melted and smooth. Set aside half a teaspoon of uncooked frosting if using the heart sprinkles.

Add the extract to the melted frosting and stir well.

Place half of the frosting in with the red candy melts and the other half with the pink candy melts. Stir each color until fully mixed.
