- orange juice - pineapple sherbet - strawberries - bananas - 2 tablespoons honey - avocado - ice

HOW TO MAKE Pineapple Avocado Smoothie

Place the orange juice, pineapple sherbet, strawberries, bananas, honey, avocado and ice in a blender and blend for one full minute, or until all the ingredients are blended thoroughly.

– Any type of sherbet will work – try orange instead of pineapple! – Use frozen strawberries and bananas and you can omit the ice.

– Buy the ingredients in bulk and prep enough to drink all week long. – Consider a blender with a powerful motor and ideally has a smoothie setting – it helps puree all those frozen chunks!

– Add raw spinach – you can’t taste the spinach in smoothies in moderate quantities!

– Add strawberry preserves for a sweeter smoothie without any fake flavoring syrups.

– Mix up the fruits – try adding frozen blackberries or frozen chunks of mango.
