These air fryer biscuits are golden, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside! They’re made from scratch and cooked perfectly and quickly in the air fryer. It doesn’t get much easier than this!

INGREDIENTS

- All-Purpose Flour - Baking Powder - Granulated Sugar - Salt - Butter - Milk - Buttermilk - Cheese

HOW TO MAKE Air Fryer Biscuits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Shred butter with grater so it mixes nicely into mixture. Add in to the dry ingredients. Add milk and buttermilk, plus cheese if desired.

Roll out the dough onto a floured surface. Using your hands fold out into a rectangle and fold dough in half. Cut out the biscuits with a biscuit cutter. Brush melted butter on biscuits prior to cooking.

Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place the cut out biscuits in a single layer in the basket, not overcrowding.
